We could sure use some moisture in Southern California. In a year, I'm sure we have had less than 6" of rain. The Governator says water rationing will be mandated if we continue with this drought. Water wars in the future will make the oil wars look like a party. Maybe that's why the Bush family purchased 100,000 acres in Paraguay that happens to sit on top of the largest fresh water aquifer on the planet...
