So far we have had little snow but the temps are very low. Those of us in the country live with frozen well pumps and no water. Any ice or snow is ours to deal with as the State only takes care of roads outside of DC and the upper part of the State where Washington is located. The rest of the State does not exist.
My county is sitting on the worlds largest deposits of uranium and they want to mine it but so far it has been blocked for many years as all the land is privately owned. It would destroy the area. I am waiting for Washington to declare Eminent Domain and take the land from the people. I do not think I am on such land but I am close to the areas that will be mined one day.
Global warming, strip mining and utter destruction of the planet is the future.
I am moving to Mars with my dogs.
