There are those breeders that are part of the whole problem. They breed substandard litters, sell what they can to the unsuspecting public and give what's left to "hunters" to "fulfill their destiny" in a horrible death. Makes me wonder if these breeders do refunds to the buyers when they sell diseased genetically deficient pups.
