I doubt this is good. It sounds like a scam from the brokers who will be charging for services. Can a quarantine be in the works??? It would not surprise me.This would give the vets a piece of the action also.
This may be something that is triggering the sudden influx of people wanting puppies and also trigger US breeders to over produce. This may also be why some elements are scoping the shelters and rescues for pups and dogs. This can also kill the foreign market trying to monopolize the US market. Lots of new breeders will spring up now. Backyarders will be abundant.
Lots of negative impact on this one along with the new hunting regulations being put into place by most of the Southern States. Geeze...maybe they will have to find a new outlet for their blood lust. How long before dog fighting takes its place if it hasn't already.
There is a lot more research to be done on this one. We will have to see how it plays out.
The upside will be that credible breeders will be much in demand. Those of us who do background checks should be fine.
