I don't believe that there is a spray or anything to keep scorpions away, The most effective way of keeping them at bay is to eliminate the scorpion's prey (crickets, spiders, and other insects) harder said then done I know. Also make sure to eliminate places where they can hide, such as trash, rocks, or wood piles. With no food or housing in your yard you will have a better chance of keeping them away.
