finding a handler

now that i am in mexcio and i still dont speak the language good enough... how would one go about finding a handler?? what questions would you ask?? is it fair to only get a handler that has done this breed or at least handled large breed dogs?? lastly...barb does the offer still stand for me to fly you here for you to handle voodoo if there is another world show here in mexico??
