Economics would probably dictate that there should be minimum number of dogs required to register in order for the show to pay for itself. The show chair person seems to have no credibility, as they appear to be desperate to register dogs for their "show". It is a pathetic situation that this person has sunk to stalking. There may be some brain illness or mental illness caused by genetics. I do hope this person can obtain professional help soon.
