We are aware on the why and who causing these things to happen. Animal cruelty has been around forever along with those who abuse their families and friends. There is wife abuse, child abuse, elderly abuse and it goes on. It comes in many forms and is in both genders and all races.
This law will only cause more abuse for animals. Enforcement of the current laws could help. The resizing of areas is good but will never happen. We cannot even enforce human laws so how will we ever show people how to care for animals.
As long as there are groups that use dogs and other animals to further their egos and need for power this will continue and those who do it right will have to continue to pay for those who destroy.
