I found this in a gardening magazine. If you sew or not (you can use ribbon) cut about two foot strips of material about an inch wide and tie them outside to the tree branches. Let them fly in the wind. Very pretty. If you do not have trees maybe a patio or balcony. Be creative. Many people decorate for holidays so why not for Spring and everyday.
I did it this morning along my driveway and it is lovely to see the bright colors blow in the wind.
