i have been doing some looking around on other boards and other sites from what i can gather most people believe that a puppy contract is not inforcable...however
from what i have read and seen if you go through a lawyer it can be inforcable everywhere.
now my question is...if people say that a contract is not inforcable is it because they dont really want the puppy comming back to them because of neglagence on part of new owner?? or is that the breeder does not want that owner comming back because they sold them, ill be nice and say not what was advertised?? or do they just make contracts making it look like they are being pro-active in the welfare of their lines.
if someone really carred about their lines and did not want a dog that is pet quality beeing bred why wouldent they spend a little extra time and money to insure this?? granted years back people could go on their word.
for example in a dogo say it had blue eyes or deaf you know some rocket scientist somewhere will look at lines saying its ok knowing full well those bad traits will pop up again later down the road.
