The first three dogos registered as foundation stock with AKC were: Taz, Chocori and Khandu.
This breed will most likely never be considered as AKC material as there is not enough money in it for AKC. There is no parent club with the ability to behave well enough and meet the requirements. The handlers will have to learn to behave themselves, dress properly and stop acting like idiots and have some class. Paperwork will have to be in order and proof of purebred dogs.
This being said I do not see any of this happening real soon.
