Scenario Example:
Suppose someone verbally made a deal with you that you would take a dog and breed it and return to the owner 2 puppies or selling price out of the first litter and 2 puppies selling price out of the second litter and then the dog would be yours. Scenerio: you take the dog and breed it but tell no one and claim you repossed the dog. You deny any puppies. You have reniged on your end of the deal. The owner of the dog finds out and questions where their money has gone or why the agreement was not met. You claim you have registered the dog in your name but it is not your dog and is still registered with the original owner and is still owned by them. They request you make good on the deal. You refuse. Where does this end?? It will be ending in the courts and the result will be interesting.
Here is a bit of information that has nothing to do with the above. Any dog over the age of 8 years cannot be bred or legally registered.
