It has come to my attention that another less than savory breeder that has been around for years has finally had karma catch up with them. It is bad enough that their site is now down. I tried finding it and cannot find it anywhere.
This was all set into motion over health issues.
While I will not name this site you can contact one of us personally and I will give you the information. While I had no direct involvement in this issue I have been informed by those directly involved that 3 or more States are now investigating these people. It appears that they have been
issuing either fraudulent papers or none at all. This is also including shipping dogs with forged vet certifications for the airplane flights. They have even told buyers that they cannot see the kennel because if the come it will upset their dogs. Well right there is a red flag that tells me that they have a temperament problem which in this breed is really important to have.
Not to dwell on these actions to much but rather to let people be aware that looking at the breeder is as important as it is to see the dam, sire and the pedigree. Dont just call one breeder, look for references and ask people about the breeders not about the dogs. If they try to push their dogs then I doubt if you are getting a real and unbiased opinion. Look at their websites. You don’t go to a junk yard and expect to get a brand new car.
If your first concern is to find the cheapest breeder then you might want to just hit the local pound. There are plenty of dogs their in every ones budget. Look for the best quality dog that you can afford.
