We have been getting inquiries about this issue. Again I would like to enforce the need for any prospective buyer to research before they buy a dog and then require legitimate references they can check and not depend on the breeder themselves to furnish all the information. Unfortunately location, time frames and price all factor into the purchase of a puppy. Do not be anxious. There is a laundry list of questions to ask any prospective breeder before purchasing and then consider the response carefully. If they are vague or the responses do not make sense beware. If they are honest they know their dogs well and have no problem in discussing the details of the lines they are breeding and where their original dogs came from etc. They will cheerfully provide references and any and all information on the breed. Then after talking to a few people one should be able to filter out the crap and make a decision as to whether they want to work with a particular breeder. I will begin the laundry list in the next post and I invite any and all to add their ideas. At the very least it may help any future buyers and dogs to come to arrive at a conclusion.
