Cathy..excellent idea. I will begin:
1. If the first question is "how much" the conversation stops there.
2. I question the buyer on where they live,3. what facilities they have for a dog,4. what experience they have with a dog,5. do they have other dogs, small children, 6. does wife or husband approve of a large dog,7. what they would feed (if commercial dog food is the result then I feel the buyer is not willing to do extra work for the dog or buy good food.
There is much more and the conversation continues ..... the last question should be price.
