Posted by Eric I am following my old EAS body of work challenge program to a tee. This is a contest I did back in 1998 when I was very successful in getting into shape. I am weight lifting 3x a week and doing stairmaster every morning for about 20+mins Mon-Fri. I am also eating about 5 meals a day and supplementing with thermogenics and shakes.

Today was my weigh in.
Current weight: 215lbs
This week was a good start although I hoped for a better loss. I followed my workouts to the letter of the law so that was good and motivating, plus I spent all day Sunday practicing my Kiteboarding. As for my diet, I only had 2 meals where I veered from the program due to work which were on thursday and friday nights. So, with all that, it seems to be a good start.
