Places I visited in Coral Springs:
-Dinner at the Blue Moon was excellent. It seems to be a chain fish house but the meal was superb plus it was free cause the company paid which always makes the food just that much better
-Saw the University of Miami which is close to my Tia Alina's House.
-Ate Dinner at Shibui Sushi, where we sat on the traditional cushions. The sushi was excellent and it was a great experience with my Aunt. Check them out at www.Shibuimiami.com
-Eric Schmidt took me to South Beach where I walked the outdoor mallesque area of Lincoln Road, and ate lunch at Nexxt Cafe where I had a sandwich called the Navajo which was gigantic and tasted unbelievable. It was essentially grilled chicken loaded with tomatoes, avacado, and lettuce coated with a special sauce served on a flat pitalike bread with a side of fries. It was so big that I only finished a little over a half of the sandwich.
-Dinner with my cousins, the Grauperas, on Bird Road at a dive cuban diner called Rio Cristal was excellent. I ordered a cuban steak with a presidente beer. Then the little old lady brought me a long plate covered with a gigantic mound of french fries. But beneath this monster pile of fries was a juicy tender cuban steak that tasted great. I had a couple of sweet plantains on the side and then they ordered some flan and it was so rich and tasty that it was perfect.
-Finnegans on Ocean drive was a great place to people watch and catch college football accross the street from the beaches of south beach Miami.
