Hi Eric,
Glad to hear from you and to see that you have lost some LBS. From what I have
learned about losing weight, the best way to trim down is portion control (meat no
larger than the palm of your hand) eat your veggies, fruit, and exercise (walking).
If you have the urge to snack eat a banana or other fruit...bartlett pears are good
or canned fruit in natural juice, not syrup. The advice about eating an apple a day,
I find, is especially good to keep things moving!!
