Weight: 214 lbs
Well, my goal was not attained. Thanksgiving was harder to deal with than I thought mainly due to my Aunt Alicia's delicious chocolate mousse and a wonderful thanksgiving dinner provided by the friends of my aunt and mother in atlanta, the Sayers. Their generosity was much appreciated.
However, it's time to return to the battle and return to the goal. This weeks goal is 5 lbs. This will allow me to get to the less than 210 number and only be a week behind. Wish me luck!!
