Weight: 230 lbs!!! Oh how the mighty have fallen!! This is probably the biggest I have ever been in my entire life. Between my trips to North Carolina, Southern California, and then the final trip to Panama City Beach with my family, I have ballooned to a weight that is dangerous. I can barely button my pants and shorts. Thus, this is my wakeup call. I still need to work and will still travel, however, I need to start cooking healthy again and going to the gym. I AM!!!!
