The holidays are a time of magic, love, family, and unfortunately food & wine. I was personally on a great roll until christmas where I became quite gluttonous. Coupled with New Years and Mardi Gras, I have been an epitome of bad habits. The only saving grace is that I havent gained too much from my best weight of 210lbs during this contest. I contacted Tom and apparently he has been having similar issues.
THEREFORE, we RENEW our COMMITTMENT TO LOSING WEIGHT & getting healthy!
We ask everyone to please get on us about this!!
