Vieux Carre Cocktail
1/2 oz rye whiskey
1/2 oz cognac
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 tsp Benedictine
dash Peychaud
dash Angosutra bitters
Shake and serve on the rocks with a twist of lemon.
