Everyone looks for cheap gear to offset the too expensive gear we just could not resist. With winter wet and cold hiking coming up, I found a bargain in Sierra Trading Post for cheap rain gear. Bought for $35 but now reduced to $32. Includes top (with hood) and bottom, and is waterproof and breathable. Sort of feels like Tyvek and must be hand washed. Not too abrasion resistent but weight is only 1 pound.
