Posted by TomC I am a Student in my final year at Oxford Brookes University. I am studying Communication, Media and Culture (BA) I have recently registered my dissertation. It is going be an analysis of Antifolk's appeal to its fans. I am currently in the preliminary stages, getting my head round the academic theory i will be relating my research against. A while ago i posted on the OJ board as well as the UK board to see how interested people might be in helping me out. I am now compiling a list of people: artists, fans, or anyone who has a link (however tenuous) to antifolk. Although the hand in date for this project is not until early spring next year, it will not be long before i have to start rounding up people's opinions, and asking them questions. I am hoping that you guys are going to be able to help me out. Can anyone who is interested in answering a few questions, or doing some surveys get back to me?
