It's not about talking to the tea-partists, it is time to overwhelm them and to give confidence to the majority of Americans that disagree with them and elected a president and congress that disagrees with them. I am in direct polar opposition to people who call our president a muslim communist, who put swastikas on his face when in fact President Barack Obama is a Christian capitalist. They are racist, homophobic and ignorant and use the guise of protesting 'big government' to espouse their hate and venom. The Republican whining about bipartisanship is always the baying of the minority party. The only bi-partisanship I'm interested in seeing is between the left and moderate wings of the Democratic party, that is, until a viable third party arises.
