Lucille was born in Roanoke , VA about 1914-1916.I think her husband was Walter Carroll. She had 3 children in 1936. 2 girls and 1 boy . All under 5 years. Her husband was in a TB clinic in 1936. I am not her husband's child. I was born in the Oakville area in Appomattox Va April 3, 1936. I was raised by by father and his wife. But I would like to know by birth mother's background...
