I pray for God's peace in our hearts during this Christams time. May He fill that ache in our hearts with a taste of the joy we will some day expereince when we are reunited with our children.
For me it's been a mixture of hope and anticipation for our future and tears and sadness missing Lisa. We'll be visiting her grave tomorrow. It's so unreal that she isn't here to celebrate with us.
I wonder what she is doing right now? I've been listening to Christmas music she put together for me on a CD. I've written a note of a special memory I have of her and put it in her stocking. I bought a angel ornament again this year and hung it on the Christmas tree.
I just today received a another angel ornament from my sister is engraved with the words, God Keeps His promises. That's very special to me because without that, My hope and longing would be pointless.
I will be thinkjiong of all of you and how all those who have lost hurt and ache just like I do.
