Then I misunderstood you. I wasn't being harsh, not at all. Just as I misunderstood you (I honestly thought you were being sarcastic), you've now misunderstood me, which unfortunately is the nature of cyberspace and emails... without being "in person" it's difficult to interpret others fully.
I'm really glad to know you are getting professional help. I will admit I'm at a loss to know what might help you at a greater level, if you are already getting outside assistance. Have you tried an in-person support group, like Compassionate Friends?
