(((hugs))) Do you have a prayer partner there locally, someone who can hold you when you cry, and pray with you in "real time"? Honestly, Debra, I'm at a loss to know how to help... and trust me, dear sister, I *do* want to. I guess really the best thing I can do is to earnestly intercede for you, and I will do that. Please don't give up on your various support groups--unless you find that one is pulling you down more than helping. And please be sure to take care of your health--eat regularly, do what you can to get enough sleep. For me, one of the big big culprits in unraveling my sanity was the fact that I was dealing with severe sleep deprivation in the first two years. And sleep deprivation, according to my counselor, can undo all the good that counseling does. So if you have trouble sleeping soundly, ask your doctor for some temporary help.
I will be praying for you,
In Christ,
jan
