I, too, have kept some of Christina's hair. In fact, a whole brush full! She wasnt good at cleaning her hairbrush regularly, and now I'm glad. It went into her bin of treasures.
Jan, in answer to your question... yes, my life is in danger. Until I move into a safe place, and he doesnt know where I am, I must continue to face him and pretend nothing is wrong. If he feels threatened and thinks he is losing control of me, he will try anything to stop it. I cannot get a restraining order, since there are no previous assault charges against him. If Christina had him charged when she was alive, he would be guilty of physical and sexual abuse, incest, rape, and attempted murder. When she was 17, she threatened to tell me when he came into her room, and he put the pillow over her head until she couldnt breath. Nice guy,eh?
Cant believe I didnt know this was going on, but he was so sneaky!
Its been exactly one year since I left him and been on my own. When I look back at all that's happened, I cant believe I survived it! Its only by the Grace of God. On Aug. 12, (after I move) I have an appt. with a lawyer to serve him with legal separation or divorce papers.
Please pray for strength and safety for these next few weeks.
