I stayed in bed most of today. It was raining and miserable outside, so why not. My husband was very sweet and brought me coffee this morning in bed, and then just let me sleep. We went out around 5:30 tonight and had a early dinner to avoid the Valentine's Day rush. It was quiet and peaceful.
Ruth, thank you very much for the link to the message of encouragement yesterday. This has been one of the most stressful weeks that I have gone through in a long, long while, and I needed to hear this. I meant to post and tell you earlier, but I got so busy with my job, that I let it slip my mind. But thank you so much - I think it was meant for me for it spoke to my heart. It made be feel encouraged and gave me hope to be reminded that God has promised to give us eternity with those that we love! This life is just a quick blink, but oh my goodness eternity will be forever and forever in the land that knows no parting. He will wipe away all our tears and we will never part again. What a sweet and wonderful promise.
I am sending my love to all of you on this Valentine's Day, and even though it is a painful day for us, we all have eternity waiting for us.
God loves us.
