I think your right Patti, God does give us things to do to keep us busy, divert our attention so to speak, because our minds can only deal with so much at once. He made us so He knows what we can handle. I am finding He gives me things to do that He wants accomplished in my life, to refine me, even though sometimes I kick and scream. I'm His child and He knows what is best for me. and yes I react like a child too, but sooner or later He gets through to me and I then agree with Him. Sometimes it's the most painful process and I want to give up and just be with Him. God is so incredibley good, and patient.
