First of all kudos Sandra and Patti on your replies. YOu know Debra...we talked about this fear in our book club last night. it was the last night of our discussion of The Shack....I have been through what you are going through...we all here have lost our children. you are not alone....even with that...God says HE NEVER LEAVES US!!!..He is always there, even when we think he is not...just remember that footprints prayer....he carries us!!!...I can only press one thing...Jesus is love, nothing evil comes from HIM, it comes from Satan who is out to destroy us...especially those of faith...the BIble is full of scripture after scripture that God promises a future for all of us...This for now, is Satan's playground, but God says DO NOT FEAR..I HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD....you will see your child again....i know it is torture right now missing them...but as sure as I know I am breathing...God NEVER FAILS IN HIS PROMISES. He says, I GO TO PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU. Our children are currently in that place....Read the book of Revelation...ALLLLLLLLLL WILL be raised from the graves and the spirit will be united with a new spiritual body, uncorruptible...ETERNAL...wow do I look forward to ETERNITY WITH THE LORD AND MY SON!!!! THAT IS THE HOPE..that is the ASSURANCE...GOD BLESS YOU, please hang in there.
