No apology needed; I laughed (something I haven't done since my manager asked if I was happy in my work).
Dartford would probably be the only other place on the tour that I could reasonably reach, but it's a long way on a 'school' night. Thinking about it. I saw Alan at the Dartford folk club some years back (the Another Little Adventure tour), but I hear that particular venue was pulled down. Not as a consequence.
I was half hoping to get to see Rod in Surrey this week, but work commitments make that even longer journey sadly out of the question.
Anyway, glad I made it to Hitchin, despite roadworks on both motorways.
