I can't tell you what Bertie Higgins has meant to me. As I'm wasting away in my home with these legs that are useless.... Bertie has always taken me places that my heart wants to go but my feet can't carry me. Bertie was there when my car went off that cliff. Bertie was there when my wife and kids left. Bertie is here now when my life partner kicked me to the curb for a 19 yr old trick who has use of all his limbs and full mental capacity without tourettes. Keep singing Bertie - there's a fan here in Little Rock keeping a dream alive!
