why dose one judge tell you one thing about your dog and another judge says tells you driffrent

Ok I'll explaine here what I mean, allright now. judges explaine this to me if you can. You are showing (I'll use my dobie )a strong male dobie open class judge 1 says she likes the full dobie that looks as a dobie male with a good square head and strong movements so in a good strong open class of males she places you secound. Now judge 2 next day same class same dogs. now your dog gets placed 4th and the judge tells you as you are leaveing the ring that he likes your male but he needs more road work to tighten up more. But judge 1 said he is so tight ( you must really road work this boy ) were is the even balance here?
