Go to www.shutterfly.com and sign up for a free account. When you are done, load your pictures. Then, you select the picture you want to post. Once the picture is displayed, right click and click on properties. Copy the entire address. Then come on here and click on the little link that says include an image. Delete whatever is already in the box, and paste in the address you copied.
OR... if there is already a picture on a web site, you can just copy the address from there by right clicking and coping the address.
