OK, we can relax. It was the newspaper that tried to sensationalize the statement that the Chief of Police made. He was calling for some way to do something about dogs that display viscious tendencys that are just on a chain in town and not fenced in. As it stands now he cannot do anything until someone is bitten. No specific breeds were mentioned.
