We attended the City Council meeting tonight and there has been no proposal made as to BSL. So I and some other people in the area are going to present a "Responsible Owners Ordinance" and petition it to be adopted. It will give the City laws to address loose dogs, visious dogs, dog bites, etc. and put the burden on the irresponsible owners, not a breed or breeds. If we can get this through, it will make it very hard for BSL to ever be passed.
