Is the petition posted the actual ordinance you are trying to have passed? We in Youngsville, LA. are facing a complaint by a citizen where her toy dog was mauled by a APBT. Now, the APBT was kept in doors and never socialized and when it got out, well you what happens when you don't properly socialize your animals. If you would call me at your convenience or shoot me a copy of the ordinance and I will propose this before our city council.
