I put the tape around his chest just behind his front legs....and 27" is what it said - Now, as far as his weight I took to the vet over week and ago And he weighed 36lbs – I modestly guessed he added around two pounds – I’m just going off the vets scale……I have no need to embellish my dogs they are what they are and those who have seen them understand
