Jose??? I assume thats who your talking about, I think everyone has had there run ins with him, just dont respond it feeds him or call him, he will talk to you on the phone and it seems like after the phone conversation he will usually agree to disagree. Your email will usually allow you to block him, but if not email your service provider and ask that his email be blocked.
