First off let me start by saying this is the last thing I ever wanted to do but after talking with Dave this morning I am left with no choice but to warn others of there horrible ways of doing business.
First off in Jan. of 08 I purchased a stud dog from them, the deal was $1000 cash when I picked up the dog which I paid but I was also to owe them a pup. I had 3 litters for them to choose there pup from and they chose there pup when she was 6 wks old. During this time Nan also talked with me about doing our website, at the time we just had a free site. Nan told me it would be $1000 plus the hosting and domain fee, she agreed to do this for me in payments. I paid the domain and hosting fee up front, two weeks later it was time for them to come pick up there pup Nan told me they didnt have the money to come so I sent her $600. We were also going to a show in AL and she wanted me to pick up a dog for her in MS, which was 7 hrs out of my way but she said she would take $200 off of the website so I agreed. This was a dog that she was supposed to have picked up at 8wks also, the dog was 9 mo old. After we got home with the dog Greenlys were supposed to come pick up the two dogs that following day, I didnt hear from them until the next weekend when they were going to come again, this went on for about 3 weekends, after that I didnt hear from them until the pup would have been 6 mo. old, in the mean time I took the other dog back to MS, but I kept that dog for over a month. When I spoke with David when when the pup was 6 mo old I told him I sold the pup, and took the other dog back, that I didnt have room to keep dogs for people. I then told him I have litters coming up in a few months they could have a pup from that, Dave said he would have to take a look at my dogs and get back with me. I also told him at this time some of the problems I had with some of the offspring the dog I bought from him produced and his exact words were well you had to think there was a reason we got rid of him. I didnt heard from them again until Feb. when I contacted them because I knew the fees for my website were due. I told Dave then I knew I owed him a pup and the only reason he hadnt gotten it is becase he hadnt contacted me, he said he understood and they had just been to broke to come get a pup and he obviously wasnt to worried about it or he would have been burning my house down, then laughed. They sent me the paypal request for the hosting and domain and I sent them the $100 to pay for the year. Last week my website went down I contacted Greenlys to help me fix it because they put my website in there name, at this time Dave said so you will contact me in May when you have pups, I said yes. After they got my website up and going this time there was no Nav. bar, I contacted them again and Nan was quiet nasty telling me I needed to contact go daddy and she couldnt do anything, then she hung up on me. I called back and talked to Dave and told him I couldnt fix it they had to because its in there name. It took over a day for them to do this but it did get done. Today I got an email saying my site was down, I contacted Greenlys and Dave immediatly screemed he didnt do anything to it, I said I know that but I cant fix it. He then started screaming I never paid him, I said I had the pup you never came and got it, and I havent heard from you to get another pup except when I contact you. He then screamed he was having problems today I would be better to call back later this afternoon, but he wasnt fixing it until I paid him, I wasnt able to even have a reasonable conversation with him because he wouldnt stop screaming but he said if I sent him $150 he would look at it and to sell the pup I am going to give him and send him $1200, which was never the deal. Also they never made any changes on my website after about the first month, I ended up having to buy the software to do it myself.
If I had any idea these people did business in this manner I would have never ever gotten involved with them. I know you live and learn but I dont want anyone else to have to learn this lesson. I am sure I have left some details out but I am so p.o. that I am not even thinking straight. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?? I feel I have done my part, I even at one point in the beginning offered to meet them with the pup, now I am being punished because they didnt hold up on there end of the deal. Anyone who needs proof I have all the emails between us.
