A non-doer is very often a critic-that is, someone who sits back and watches doers, and then waxes philosophically about how the doers are doing. It's easy to be a critic, but being a doer requires effort, risk, and change.

I know there is a club called Chinook Shutzhund in Calgary, but I don't know their contact info. My buddy Peter Tse use to run that club. I know the Calgary German Sheperd Club still is around, but I think they frown upon other breeds than GSD's. I no for sure there is no law against PP training where I live which is outside of Calgary in the municipal district of Rocyview. However I know a few of the City of Calgary Police K-9 handlers and they are definately in support of this kind of training. Also having talked to head of animal bylaw services in Calgary, Bill Bruce, there is no such bylaw for either PP training or BSL. He is definately an advocate for these so called bully/protection breeds.
I hope this helps, if you need more clarification, just give me a call. My number is on my website.
