
A non-doer is very often a critic-that is, someone who sits back and watches doers, and then waxes philosophically about how the doers are doing. It's easy to be a critic, but being a doer requires effort, risk, and change.

Someone is obviously lying to you about PP training. They either don't want you to get involved, or are just jealous, cause they have a sport orientiated dog (Shutzhund/Ringsport)that can't actually do real application work.
BTW real PP training is the same as police dog training, and I don't think they will be banning that anytime soon, lol!
