A non-doer is very often a critic-that is, someone who sits back and watches doers, and then waxes philosophically about how the doers are doing. It's easy to be a critic, but being a doer requires effort, risk, and change.

Hey guys, great to hear from you! When we saw your post we were soooooo excited to see pics of Uma, but unfortunately they didn't work for some reason. If you are having trouble uploading the pics, the best way is to use photobucket.com, it's free and simple to use. And if that doesn't work, just email us the pics and we can post them to this board, for all to enjoy! Can't wait to see Uma, talk to guys soon. Tammy and Stan
