A non-doer is very often a critic-that is, someone who sits back and watches doers, and then waxes philosophically about how the doers are doing. It's easy to be a critic, but being a doer requires effort, risk, and change.

Here is a vid of my 15 month old female training for her BH. Hopefully going for it in Feb. 2010.
She is wider than I like and we will be working towards fixing that. I also have not put in a proper finish in but that will come soon.
