
A non-doer is very often a critic-that is, someone who sits back and watches doers, and then waxes philosophically about how the doers are doing. It's easy to be a critic, but being a doer requires effort, risk, and change.

Just wanted to let you know that little baby Uma isn't so little anymore! We FINALLY found a dog food that agrees with her...well somewhat and she has FINALLY started to put on some weight... Kevin can barely lift her now and she is weighing in at about 90+ lbs @ almost 1 year.... not bad for a girl who was so sick over the summer!
I think you'll be shocked at how good she looks! It helps when she comes from good genes!
