I have to say. If you don't pay yourself that is not very smart. You deserve compensation for your work on putting on a great tournament. I hear you do an excellent job, but the pay out sheet states esch sponsor gives half of each spot. If you bring in 9k of the fishermans money and payout 9k then it seems to me that the fisherman are fishing for their own money. Why put the sponsor money on the payout sheet? Why not just have the sponsor pay you for advertising and keep it at that.
