Somewhat unfamiliar with that ramp and the check-in area hurt us but we will never make that mistake again. We learned a costly yet valuable lesson. Hopefully the tournament organizers also learned some lessons that will help avoid these problems in the future. No tournament is perfectly run, there are always problems that come up - learn from the mistakes - make necessary changes to improve and move on.
